Where Does My Money Go?

When you donate to Long Island Women in Tech, you can be assured that 100% of the proceeds will go to Women in our local community to support their careers in technology. We are a 501(c)(3) non-profit charity organization which makes your donation tax-deductible.

Keep the Lights On

We use the first set of funds to “keep the lights on” and pay for our online services like website hosting, Meetup group, podcast services, accounting software, external marketing fees, and our Zoom account.

Some Fun!

Sometimes we’ll use donations to pay for LIWiT swag! Of course, those goodies go right back to our members.
